![]() I have this concern because this is a digital word and even huge companies like HTC and Blackberry have disappeared overnight. Now my biggest concern is whether this pCloud service will be active and running after x years. I am thinking about formatting one of my HDDs to BTRFS or ZFS So which one of these two format is better in terms of preventing file corruption. What are the other cloud services worth checking out (Obviously with good Linux support and a GUI Linux client)? What are the main limitations of pCLoud when compared to other similar cloud services? What are the things to note before purchasing a pCloud premium account? What are your thoughts on pCLoud? Is the lifetime plan worth it? I am intending to store around 100GBs of personal photos and videos along with tons of pictures (including hundreds infographics), pdfs and webms that I downloaded mainly from 4chan. I have been using the free version of pCLoud for over six months and it seems to have very good support for Linux (as I am a Linux user) and I am satisfied with its speed and features. But as of now, I have some money and I am planning to purchase a 500GB lifetime plan of pCloud. I don't want to subscribe to a monthly/yearly subscription plan as I don't have a steady job at the moment. So I am thinking about buying a lifetime cloud service. So this is technically a repost and I think you guys know the value of holding onto each and every file in your collection and hence I guess this is the best place to asking my concerns regarding storage solutions. I have asked this on linux4noobs once and I didn't get much of a response there.
